Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RC components. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our simple return process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of RC components, the following cannot be returned:

  • All types of batteries
  • Electronics components with opened packages
  • Kits that have been opened or partially assembled
  • Any item that has been used, modified, or installed

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you’re returning
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email notification when complete.

Refund Methods & Timing:

  • Credit cards: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different RC component:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return (standard shipping times apply).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective RC component:

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
