Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain RC components, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Batteries (all types)
- Electronics components (opened packages)
- Kits that have been opened or partially assembled
- Any item that has been used, modified, or installed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll be notified via email when this is complete.
Refund Methods and Timing:
- Credit card payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different RC component:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference
We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return (standard shipping times apply).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective RC component:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
